We bring an expert together with a room of curious people to explore a timely, thought-provoking subject. The conversation is structured but open, leaving space for every voice, and for ideas that sharpen the way you see things.
The Immersion
An immersion is more than a tour or a tasting. It is an evening spent inside a particular world: a culture, a place, an artist. Through the people who know it, its food, stories, art and cultural rituals, and the details usually kept just out of reach, that world begins to reveal itself.

Our journeys take Apricity beyond the city, bringing together everything that defines the experience: the table, the conversation and the immersion, with the time and space to truly experience a place, across two to six days.
