Terms of use
Membership
Apricity membership is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to pause or end a membership if a member's conduct is inconsistent with the spirit of the community.
Events and RSVPs
RSVP confirmations are binding. Cancellation policies are stated per event; the default is free cancellation up to seven days before. Within seven days, the seat is yours regardless of attendance.
Payments
Event fees are charged in EUR. Membership fees (when applicable) are charged per the schedule communicated at the time of joining.
Privacy of gatherings
What is said at Apricity events — conversations, debates, personal disclosures — stays within the community. Members agree not to record, quote, or share content from events without the consent of the people involved.
Addresses
Event addresses are shared exclusively with confirmed RSVPs forty-eight hours before the event. Members agree not to share addresses publicly.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will notify members by email before they take effect.
