What we collect
When you apply for membership or sign in, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and any notes you include in your application. We collect your RSVP preferences and dietary notes when you reserve a seat at an event.
How we use it
We use your information to manage your membership, send you event communications (including magic-link sign-in emails and address reveals), and respond to your messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We send transactional emails only: sign-in links, RSVP confirmations, address reveals, and post-event notes. You can opt out of post-event notes at any time by writing to us.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Cookies
We use a single HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sessions or websites.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by writing to hello@apricity.gr. We will confirm deletion within seven days.
