Cancellation policy
Cancelling your place at an event
More than one month before the event: full refund. Between one month and 15 days before: 50% refund. Within 15 days of the event: no refund. These are Article 5 of the Terms & Conditions, which govern in full.
Journeys
Journeys are multi-day experiences and carry their own deposit and cancellation terms, published on each journey’s page. Those terms take precedence over the schedule above.
Membership
You may withdraw from membership within fourteen days of payment for a full refund, provided you have not yet attended an event or journey. After fourteen days, the membership fee is non-refundable.
If we cancel or move an event
If Apricity cancels an event, you receive a full refund. If we move it to a new date and you cannot attend, you receive a full refund. A change of venue alone does not entitle you to a refund.
How to cancel
To cancel your reservation, visit My RSVPs in your dashboard and follow the cancellation steps. Cancellations submitted through the dashboard are logged and time-stamped, and that timestamp determines which refund tier applies.
