The Journey

Some things only become clear when you are not in the same city where you work.

The Journey is the other three pillars arranged over three to six days — a long table on the first night, a conversation on the second morning, something to look at slowly on the third afternoon. The geography is chosen for how it changes the group, not for its brand value.

Twelve guests. An itinerary released fourteen days before. The only predictable outcome is that the last evening will last longer than planned.

We have done four journeys so far. All four produced conversations that continued for years.
