Tuscany in May is at its most unguarded. The hills are still green, the vineyards are only beginning to find their shape, and the light has that allure which has drawn people to this part of Italy for centuries. Stone farmhouses sit at the end of long gravel roads, surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees that have not changed position in a hundred years. Over a few days, Apricity will bring together encounters with artisans, winemakers, producers, cooks and hosts; time in vineyards, workshops, kitchens and small towns; meals shaped by the places we visit; and conversations with people whose work is inseparable from Tuscany itself. This is a journey designed for a small group, offering the access to experience Tuscany from within: its wines, food, craftsmanship and culture.
